Situated in the outskirts of Buffalo, Texas, another Dragnet permanent median has been installed. This critical safety measure involves the installation of a net on both sides of the median for traffic in either direction. The installation follows a tragic incident where a driver fell asleep at the wheel and drove into the median, unable to stop in time after awakening. This resulted in the driver's vehicle plunging into the intersection below, ultimately resulting in a fatality.
